COURSE OVERVIEW
How can organizations clearly define the skills, behaviors, and attitudes employees need to succeed in their roles? How can they ensure each person is truly qualified and aligned with the company’s goals? The answer lies in developing a strong competency framework—a structured approach that identifies the integrated knowledge, skills, judgment, and attributes required for effective job performance.
This Functional Competency Framework Leadership course provides participants with the tools and insights needed to design, implement, and embed a competency framework that supports leadership and functional excellence.
