COURSE OVERVIEW
How can an organization define the skills, behaviors, and attitudes employees need to perform effectively? How can you ensure they are qualified for their roles and link their performance to business objectives? Many organizations address this through “competencies”—the combined knowledge, skills, judgment, and attributes required to perform a job successfully. This course explores how to design, implement, and embed leadership or functional competencies across an organization.
