With over 25 years’ experience in IT and Finance, he brings to the board, reliable and an informed guide to enable Buvalon deliver on its promise to Clients. Adusei comes to the advisory board with both local and international experience covering Finance and IT.
His experience has been both in Ghana and the UK in the government and private sector. He holds an MSc. in Information Systems from Kingston University in UK and he is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the UK.
Adusei believes that saving time is critical to all human progress. On the board, his area of focus is driving efficiency through technological innovation and saving costs for our clients.
With more than 20 years’ experience in technology services, banking, health, the government sector and audit, he brings a deep wealth of knowledge in Buvalon’s journey.
With a passion for business transformation through learning and development, he is well placed on the advisory board to drive service excellence. He has a broad spectrum of knowledge and is also a well-researched individual across multiple business industries.
Abed is a Fellow of the ACCA- UK (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from University of Ghana, A BSc. Degree in Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and a Certified Risk Analyst.
Kwaku is instrumental in process managements and internal controls. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from KNUST in Ghana and a Master of Science from Bradford University in UK. Kwaku is also an Information System Auditor.
His experience cuts across banking and consulting. With over 20 years’ experience in Internal controls, process management, management consulting and project management, Kwaku brings to the board solid inputs for service quality and sound internal controls to ensure that we deliver unmatched quality service to clients within a properly controlled environment.
Carlo has over 30 years’ experience in business and financial leadership spanning multiple markets including manufacturing, oil & gas, FMCG and the health sector. His experience includes roles he has held in Europe and Africa. Carlo’s key strengths are strategy, finance, risk management, mergers & acquisitions.
Carlo has managed multiple business roles including Country Finance Manager, MW Brands (ex HJ Heinz) in Ghana, Financial Controller, H.J. Heinz European Seafood, in Seychelles, Project Controller and Business Analyst, VOPAK N.V in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Regional Finance Director, Ghana Panafrican Group, Mining, and civil/infrastructure equipment solutions (Komatsu, Pirtek), Chief Financial Officer, West & North Africa, International SOS, Country Manager, Nigeria, International SOS.
He has a Bachelor’s in Business Economics, from University of Applied Sciences, Rotterdam, Netherlands, NIMA B (Dutch) Marketing Degree NIMA, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Cornelis has a post graduate certificate in Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Post Graduate Controllers Course Program, Erasmus University, Rotterdam
