Module 2 – Forming a Crisis Committee

- Establishing an anti-crisis committee
- Defining Terms of Reference, including goals, authority, objectives, scope, roles, responsibilities, meeting frequency, and workflow
- Designing and documenting mitigation plans
Module 3 – Continuity and Contingency in Context
Key Topics:
- Conducting a Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Assessing threats and risks
- Establishing appropriate behavior and response procedures for employees and management during crises
- Maintaining, training, and exercising for potential crisis scenarios
Module 4 – Communication During and After a Crisis
Key Topics:
- Managing internal and external communications, including PR responses
- Understanding crisis stages and appropriate messaging at each stage
- Updating and maintaining contingency plans
- Conducting training and workplace simulation exercises
- Learning from crisis experiences and refining organizational procedures
Module 5 – Case Study and Practical Session
